Эскизным проектом предусмотрено строительство «Научно-образовательного медико-технологического центра федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения Национальный медицинский исследовательский центр «Центральный научно-исследовательский институт стоматологии и челюстно- лицевой хирургии» Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации» с частичной реконструкцией существующего здания по адресу: ул. Тимура Фрунзе 16, строение 5 с учетом технологического примыкания к Учебному корпусу для размещения Научно-практического отделения лучевой диагностики.
Функционально Учебный корпус разделен на общественную (учебную), научно- практическую (отделения и кабинеты) и вспомогательную зоны, связанные между собой планировочными и технологическими связями для обеспечения полноценной деятельности ФГБУ НМИЦ «ЦНИИСиЧЛХ» Минздрава России.
