Every device we receive becomes a case. We investigate the root cause of the failure — not just its symptoms. The case closes only after the device has passed verification within the scope of the completed repair.

Case Filing
The owner describes the device and the issue. The Bureau opens a formal case file.

Intake Report
External condition and completeness recorded in detail. A unique case ID is assigned.

Diagnostic Report
The root cause is identified and documented. If restoration is not possible, the Bureau informs the client before any work begins.

Approval Protocol
Scope, cost, and timeline are set out clearly and agreed by both parties. Once signed, these terms are not subject to change.

Investigation Log
Work progresses according to the approved scope. Photo and video are recorded at each stage, with status updates available in real time.

Case Closure
The device is tested within the agreed scope of repair. It is returned with a warranty document and a full work report.

We work with the device — not with what is stored on it.
A confidentiality agreement is signed at intake and attached to the case at the moment of handover.
All work is carried out under video recording, with a complete work log stored in the case archive.
Access to personal data is only possible with the owner’s written consent. No exceptions.
If restoration is not possible, we say so before work begins — not after disassembly, and not after payment.

Cost is confirmed before any work starts, and the invoice is issued in advance. No additional charges are introduced later.
Timeline is fixed
The completion date is set at approval and entered into the case file. We work to that date, not “approximately”.
